Registration fee

Registration fee for participating in the workshop is 800 SEK. Tax 25% will be added to all fees except for participants from Swedish state universities/authorities and from foreign universities/companies/organizations with VAT-nr or other certification.

The registration fee includes:

  • Workshop material
  • Lunch Monday and Tuesday September 16 and 17
  • Coffee and refreshments
  • Conference dinner on Monday September 16

Registration closes September 1.

Terms of cancellation

All cancellations must be sent to This is an email address. For written cancellations received before August 26, full refund will be paid.  After August 26 no refund will be paid.
If the participant have no possibility to attend the conference, it is possible to transfer the space to a colleague. Please contact This is an email address not later than September 12.
