Developmental Psychology: Childhood and Adolescence, 6 Credits

The course covers general theories within the area of developmental psychology. The integrative process of development which involves biological and cognitive processes, personality and social factors is presented. Critical thinking is encouraged by use of problem-oriented approaches to discussions and scientific thinking. Research methodology which is relevant for developmental psychology is covered throughout the course.
