Experiencing Swedish Preschool and School, 7.5 Credits
The course focuses on teaching, with its core comprising both theoretical studies on campus and a teaching placement in a local preschool or school. The course adopts a praxis-oriented perspective, aiming to explore the close connection between theory and practice. Through teaching placement in a preschool or school, students will have the opportunity to gain experience in education and teaching through various activities, including observation, planning, and conducting educational activities. In the course, a small field study is also carried out in the form of an interview with a teacher.
