Arrival Form

The official arrival days for the autumn semester 2025 is 18th, 19th or 20th of August. You will be able to pick up your keys from our Housing Office between 9:00 - 16:00 (Swedish time), so please arrange your trip accordingly.

If it is not possible for you to make you way to campus before 16:00 on the arrival days, then you need to find your own overnight stay in a hostel/hotel for the first night and pick up your keys on the following work day.
After the arrival days, the regular opening hours of our housing office are:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00 - 9:00, and
Monday to Friday 13:00 - 15:30.

For a better planning, we ask you to fill out our Arrival Form as soon as you have booked your travel tickets to Sweden. Please note that you should take potential delays into consideration when planning your transportation from the airport to campus in Örebro.
