Arrival Form

The official arrival days for new exchange students, for the autumn semester 2026 is 17th, 18th and 19th of August. You will be able to pick up your keys from our Housing Office between 9:00 - 16:00 (Swedish time), so please arrange your trip accordingly. For a better planning, we ask you to fill out our Arrival Form as soon as you have booked your travel tickets to Sweden. Please note that you should take potential delays into consideration when planning your transportation from the airport to campus in Örebro.

The deadline for the arrival form is August 9th, 2026. If you change your travel plans after the deadline of the arrival form, email the international office.

If it is not possible for you to make you way to campus before 16:00 during the arrival days, then you need to find your own overnight stay in a hostel/hotel for the first night and pick up your keys on the following work day.
