Arrival Form

For a better planning, we ask you to fill out our Arrival Form as soon as you have booked your travel tickets to Sweden. Please note that you should take potential delays into consideration when planning your transportation from the airport to campus in Örebro.

The deadline for the arrival form is August 9th, 2026. If you change your travel plans after the deadline of the arrival form, email the international office.
