Arrival Day
18 January 2026 10:00 – 18:00 Building Långhuset and Nova
The official arrival day for the spring semester will take place on campus between 10:00 - 18:00 CEST on January 18, 2026. If you have signed up for the OP and have been assigned to a Nexus fadder group then you will be greeted by your fadders at the bus stop and they will help you get settled in on campus. Afterwards you are welcome to join their "arrival camp", taking place in Novahuset. During these hours you will be able to collect your keys for your accommodation at the Housing office in the building Långhuset, as well as meet the team of the International office for an ID-check. Please note that the ID-check is mandatory and necessary in order to get you registered on your first course(s). You will receive information about the arrival day via email some time before.
