Incidents due to heat, open flame or fire

In case of burns

For burns, rinse for a long time under cold water. For major burns, apply sterile bandage and seek medical attention.

In the event of a small fire

If it is a small fire try to extinguish the fire by suffocation (e.g. with fire blanket), with water or fire extinguisher. Notify your supervisor and your manager. 

In the event of a large fire

If a fire occurs where you work, find out if someone was injured and help that person(s) out. Close doors behind you and (if possible) go to the collection point. Call rescue services 112 and your supervisor and let them know what has happened.
