About Anders Trumberg
Anders Trumberg is a member of the Centre for Urban and Regional Studies (CURes) at Örebro University. In his PhD thesis “ Divided schools – Processes of segregation in the Swedish school system” he is describing the change in the Swedish compulsory school system and how it’s influence the school as an meeting place between pupils with different socioeconomic and/or ethnic background. From September 2014 he is working at the Centre for Urban and Regional Studies (IBF) at Uppsala University focusing on the question if the school choices have any impact on the pupils’ future life. The project is financed by the Swedish Research Council.
