About Kristina Beime
Kristina Beime holds a PhD in Business Administration and is based at the Örebro University School of Business. Her research focuses on organization, governance, and professional practice, with particular interest in how identity and knowledge are shaped in education and working life. She is currently engaged in a research project on military training and socialization, exploring how the Swedish Armed Forces structure formal knowledge transfer and professional development. Kristina teaches courses in organizational theory and qualitative methods.
