Creating value in public intrapreneurial ventures

This research projects investigates an intrapreneurial form of organizational development and value creation in a public setting between 2008-2010. The progression of this intrapreneurial endeavour is based on increased autonomy of public intrapreneurial units displayed by constructively balancing and exploring how various internal (within the unit) and external relational features may contribute to value creation.
