Publishing agreement: Pensoft Publishers

Corresponding authors at Örebro University can publish open access articles in Pensoft journals at no cost.

The agreement with the publisher, which offers around 60 scientific journals, is jointly funded by the Swedish Research Council (Vetenskapsrådet), Forte, Formas, and Vinnova.

Author instructions

Manuscripts are managed in the publisher’s system Arpha.

  1. Use your Örebro University institutional email address when submitting your manuscript. This ensures the publisher can link you to the Swedish agreement.
  2. Select the option “I have a special agreement via direct contact with the journal prior to submission to receive a full or partial fee waiver for this submission”. Then inform the editor in the field below by writing: “This paper will be covered by the National Library of Sweden institutional deposit.”
  3. Once your article is accepted, you will receive a notification with information on how much of the deposit has been used for your publication. This is for your information only.

Article types

The agreement covers all article types that require a publication fee.
