How to fill in the form

Maximum fee limit

In the form, we ask you to specify your maximum fee limit to avoid the fee becoming unexpectedly high. Your specified maximum fee limit will take precedence over your specified choice of the number of documents you wish to request.

Example:
A person wishes to order three documents with a maximum fee limit of SEK 100. The three available documents total 42 pages, resulting in a fee of SEK 114. In this case, we exclude one document totaling eight pages and instead send two documents to the requester, totaling 34 pages for a fee of SEK 98. Thus, the requester's maximum limit of SEK 100 is not exceeded.

Course code and examination code

The course code is a six-character code referencing a specific course. For example, FE100G refers to Business Administration, Introductory Course. You can find the course code, among other details, in the syllabus for the relevant semester. You can search for syllabuses here. The course code changes if the course changes its name.

It is important that you include both the course code and the examination code you wish to order. You will find the examination code in the syllabus for the relevant semester.

Examination date

We need to know the date of the exam session from which you wish to receive a copy.
Here you can search for older schedules with exam dates. When searching for exam dates, please keep in mind that you need to specify a date in the past to see previous exam sessions. In the search field, enter the relevant course code.

Confirm before you send your request

For us to locate the documents you are requesting in our archives, it is important that the information you have provided is correct. If you are missing information such as a course code or examination code, please check the syllabus for the relevant semester. You are also welcome to contact us and we will help you find the correct information.

Procedure when requesting an official document

Exams provided by the school

The exams provided consist of exam questions (not student answers).

Processing fee

We process and issue copies of public records in accordance with Sections 15–16 of the Fee Ordinance (1992:191). This means we provide up to nine pages free of charge. For the tenth page, we charge a fee of SEK 50, and thereafter an additional SEK 2 per page. If you place multiple separate orders on the same day, the total number of pages is added together for a combined fee.

Example:

To order documents totaling 9 pages, there is no fee.
To order documents totaling 10 pages, we charge a fee of SEK 50.
To order documents totaling 11 pages, we charge a fee of SEK 52.
To order documents totaling 12 pages, we charge a fee of SEK 54.
And so on.

Invoicing

If your order incurs a fee, we will invoice you for that amount. Therefore, it is important that you verify you have entered the correct requester information. The invoice will be sent to the address you provided.
If you have not received your invoice within three weeks, please contact us.
