This is a cohort of approximately 10 million residents in Sweden aged 25 years and older between 1990-2019. The cohort was established to investigate living circumstances in early adulthood to middle-age and their employment and health characteristics.  Analysis can examine family structure, partnership (marriage) and households. The cohort includes data from the Patient Register, Cancer Register, Prescription Register, Stroke Register, Care and Service Register, Total Population Register, Multigeneration Register, Conscription Register, Censuses and socioeconomic databases, as well as information on district of residence.
