About the speaker

Xavier Cousin is Researcher at INRA since 1996 and working at Ifremer (French Sea research Institute) since 2006. He received his PhD in Biology in 1995 at the University of Paris VI. Xavier Cousin has authored 49 international peer-reviewed publications. He has a long lasting experience working with zebrafish and the investigation of molecular and mechanism specific toxicity in exposed fish and their unexposed offspring. He was coordinator of the joint research project ConPhyPoP and is at present work package leader within joint research project Fish'N'POPs and JPI Oceans project EPHEMARE.
