Abstract
In this presentation I will give an overview of the research topics that interest me and that I am currently working on. The presentation will involve electronic structure theory and applications to materials science, correlated electron physics and dynamical mean field theory, as well as atomistic and continuum descriptions of magnetization dynamics. More formal aspects will be presented together with practicalities regarding numerical methods, as well as the connection to experimental research.
