Arrival Form

For a better planning, we ask you to fill out our Arrival Form as soon as you have booked your travel tickets to Sweden. Please note that you should take potential delays into consideration when planning your transportation from the airport to campus in Örebro.

The deadline for the arrival form is 3 January, 2027. If you change your travel plans after the deadline of the arrival form, please email the international office.

If you arrive after the arrival day - please state what date you will come to campus. Please note that the housing office will not be open on weekends during the semester.
