Introduction to European Company Law, 15 Credits

This course introduces European Company Law with a focus on how EU rules shape national company law systems. Students explore key themes such as corporate mobility, shareholders’ rights, capital and creditor protection, and corporate governance. Using comparative examples from different European jurisdictions, the course explains how company law operates in cross-border business activities and how legal rules respond to economic risk and market integration.
