Kenya - Student
This page provides information for incoming students from Kenya participating in Erasmus+ KA171 mobility at Örebro University.
Application deadline
Grant applications (Learning Agreement for Traineeship) are handled on a rolling basis during the academic year (August–May). Please send your application to exchange@oru.se at least six weeks before your planned activities start.
Please note that applications are not processed during June and July!
Before your mobility at Örebro University (ORU) can begin, two documents need to be signed. Both documents need to be signed manually, which means you will need to print them, sign them by hand, and then scan the signed documents.
Please note that due to stricter EU regulations, all signatures must be handwritten. Digital signatures, scanned images of signatures, or signatures created using drawing tools are not accepted. Therefore, the document must be printed and signed by hand.
1. Learning Agreement for Traineeship

Please complete it with the support of the School of Medical Sciences who also needs to sign it.
If you have questions about the Learning Agreement or your activities, please reach out to the School of Medical Sciences at ORU: international.MV@oru.se
