Assign tasks or discussions to existing groups

It is possible to create groups that will be assigned a task or have their own discussion forum in conjunction with the creation of the tasks / discussions. You can also assign tasks and discussions to existing groups.

  • Create the task or discussion
  • Click on the task or discussion settings (gear icon)
  • Click the "Share to groups" link
  • On the page that opens under the heading Group participants, open the drop-down menu and select group set under the heading reuse groups.

  • Click Save. The object (in this example Seminar groups) is now assigned to 3 groups which have their own discussion forum.
