I can't log in with my external account anymore
Problem:
I have an account, where my username starts with the word extern, which doesn´t function anymore.
Cause:
Due to increased security requirements, accounts of this type are being phased out and replaced with accounts that use a more secure login method. Users have, during the summer and autumn, received emails with instructions on how to order a new Oru account external. A reminder has been sent out a week after the initial email. After two weeks, the old external account is deactivated and if no new account has been ordered, the user will no longer have access to Bb Learn.
How to get access to Bb Learn again:
Create a new Oru account external. See instructions below.
- If you do not already have Freja eID, download, install and activate this on your mobile (NOTE: must be activated to level Freja eID+)
- Create a new ORU account external with Freja eID+
- Once you have completed both of the steps above, let us know by sending an email to itsupport@oru.se. Enter your name and the username of your old external account in the email.
- We give your new account access to the learning platform (Bb Learn) and the courses you teach/participate in.
- When the authorization is complete, you will be notified.
- You can then log in to the system at https://lms.oru.se
