Research subject

Limited grip strength can be an issue for many people. A new assistive device, the Soft Extra muscle Golve (SEM-glove; www.bioservo.com) is a device designed to be flexible and look like an ordinary glove, and compensate by adding the right amount of force to the user when needed. The question is whether the use of the SEM-glove makes it easier to perform daily tasks and increase health-related quality of life? The study design is cross-over, four weeks intervention, four weeks wash-out. The sample consists of people over 18 years of age with a limited grip strength.
