Performance comparison between Capitainer®B50 and venous blood sampling with respect to C-peptide concentration

The project is a collaboration with the company Capitainer®B50, which is the sponsor of the study, and the Department of Laboratory Medicine at USÖ. The aim is to develop a sampling kit for at-home capillary blood collection enabling simultaneous analysis of glucose and C-peptide. The kit is intended to be used to monitor the degree of residual beta-cell function in patients with type 1 diabetes.
