Publishing agreement: American Physiological Society
The agreement covers unlimited open access publishing in hybrid journals from the American Physiological Society. In order to publish under the agreement, the article must be accepted January 1 2022 or later.
Author instructions
You must be the corresponding author in order to be eligible.
Use your institutional email address (@oru.se) when submitting your manuscript. Under the paragraph "Author information", make sure that you select "Örebro University" in the Institution field.
Under "Author Fees and Production Requirements", choose "I wish to publish OA as part of an institutional agreement". At this stage, you should see some information indicating that Örebro University has an institutional agreement.
When an article has been accepted for publication, the Library will be notified, and verify the author's affiliation.

Research articles and review articles are covered by the agreement.

Membership
As corresponding author, you will receive a free membership for one year when publishing under the agreement. Please refer to the publisher's website for further information.
Agreement period
2022-2023. Work is underway for an extended contract through 2024.
