The participant fee includes:
- Participation in 3 conference days (9-11 October)

Booking policy
Registration
Registration should be made no later than September 10, 2024.
Confirmation
After completing the registration, a confirmation will be sent via e-mail to the specified e-mail address in the registration.
Cancellation of registration
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Travel Team Sweden AB, .
Cancellation of registration will be accepted until Augusti 26, 2024, up to which date the total amount will be refunded.
We regret that no refunds or reductions of fees will be accepted for cancellations made after Augusti 26, 2024, nor for no-shows for any reasons.
Changes in your registration
All changes to your registration, such as change of invoicing address, name change to a colleague, changes in registration category, changes in your registration or hotel reservation, will be subject to an administrative fee of 95 SEK.
Payment
Payment is made by invoice via the payment solution Billecta or secure card payment through the payment service SwePay. VAT will be added according to Swedish legislation and routines.
In the event of an incorrectly stated invoice address, SEK 275 will be charged for changing the address and resending the invoice.
When changing a booking that generates a new invoice, a change fee of SEK 95 will be charged.
Payment terms via invoice are 30 days with an additional invoicing fee of SEK 75 per invoice/reminder.
The organizers cannot be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange fluctuations. Other claims fees and default interest are added according to law.
Changes in the conference
The organizers reserves the right to change the conference into a digital meeting or cancel the conference if the circumstances surrounding both the political situation in Europe and the covid-19 pandemic, so require. A reduction in price nor compensation for booked trips can not be guaranteed in connection with this kind of change.
Rights
The organizer owns the rights to the conference and audio and/or video recording is not allowed.
