Call for papers IAPL 2024
Cultural differences and their influence in proceedings
The Annual Congress of the International Association of Procedural Law 2024 (IAPL
2024) will take place in Örebro, Sweden, 9–11 October, 2024, arranged by Örebro
University. The main theme is Procedural Law in Multicultural Context.
This is a call for papers for Session IV in the morning of the second day, 10 October,
2024, which will include papers on the topic Cultural differences and their influence in
proceedings.
All interested are invited to submit a document with their profile and a brief
summary of the paper they would like to present (no more than 10,000 characters,
including spaces and footnotes), no later than 2 May, 2024. The proposal may be
written in English, French, German or Spanish. It should focus on issues related to the
topic Cultural differences and their influence in proceedings. Proposals on topics outside the main theme will not be considered. Only one proposal per person may be
submitted.
