AASS Alumni Seminar: "Life after a PhD"

The research centre AASS arranges a seminar with Marco Trincavelli, Raysearch Laboratories AB.

Bio

Marco Trincavelli, Ph.D., is a Machine Learning Engineer at Raysearch Laboratories AB, focusing on machine learning techniques to automate parts of the radiation therapy planning process. Prevoiusly, Marco has been working in the Autonomous Transport Solutions division at Scania CV AB both as a Development Engineer and as Team Leader, working mostly with sensor fusion and motion planning related problems.  Before that, Marco has been working as postdoctoral researcher at AASS Research Centre at Örebro University, where he co-supervised three Ph.D. students, and was responsible for the Machine Learning and Data Analysis course in the robotics master program. His research interests include machine learning, optimization, artificial olfaction and computer vision with particular focus on mobile robotics and medtech applications.
