Abstract
This talk speaks about the impact of implicit bias in
candidate recruitment and selection, as well as its impact on research
topics and workplace culture. It offers some suggestions on how to
counteract unwanted consequences of implicit bias.

Ericka Johnson is Professor of gender and society at
Linköping University, Sweden. Her work focuses on the human-technology
relation.
