Comparative Constitutional Law, 7.5 Credits
The course aims to create understanding for basic constitutional concepts, principles and fundamental rights and freedoms, which are discussed from a comparative perspective. During the course, students analyse the most important differences between different models within the Western legal tradition, and their relation to the broader legal culture.
