Eukaryotic Cell Biology, 7.5 Credits

The course provides basic knowledge about the structure and function of animal and plant cells, as well as knowledge about how environmental factors and adjacent cells affect the cell development and life processes. The immune system, cell cycle regulation, and cancer are addressed. During the course, the basics of laboratory work are introduced with eukaryotic cells, including cell culture.
