Brazil - Student

This page provides information for incoming students from Brazil participating in Erasmus+ KA171 mobility at Örebro University.

Before your mobility at Örebro University (ORU) can begin, two documents need to be signed. Both documents need to be signed manually, which means you will need to print them, sign them by hand, and then scan the signed documents.

Please note that due to stricter EU regulations, all signatures must be handwritten. Digital signatures, scanned images of signatures, or signatures created using drawing tools are not accepted. Therefore, the document must be printed and signed by hand.

1. Learning Agreement

This document outlines the courses you will take at ORU and how they will be recognized by your home university after your exchange. It must be signed by you, a representative from your home university and the study advisor at the School of Music, Theatre and Art at ORU.

After completing the Learning Agreement, please send it to your home coordinator for their signature. Then forward it to the study advisor at the School of Music, Theatre and Art at ORU: studievagledning.MHS@oru.se for signing. If you have questions about the Learning Agreement or your courses, please reach out to the School of Music, Theatre and Art.

2. Grant Agreement

This is your grant contract and must be signed by both you and the International Office at ORU before your mobility starts.

To ensure that the agreement is prepared correctly, additional information is required. Please complete the necessary details using the following form as soon as the exact dates of your planned activities at ORU are confirmed:

Once the form has been submitted, the Grant Agreement will be prepared and sent to you for signature.
