Kenya - Staff

This page provides information for incoming staff from Kenya participating in Erasmus+ KA171 mobility at Örebro University.

Application deadline

Grant applications (Mobility Agreements) are handled on a rolling basis during the academic year (August–May). Please send your application to exchange@oru.se at least six weeks before your planned activities start.

Please note that applications are not processed during June and July!

Before your mobility at Örebro University (ORU) can begin, two documents need to be signed. Both documents need to be signed manually, which means you will need to print them, sign them by hand, and then scan the signed documents.

Please note that due to stricter EU regulations, all signatures must be handwritten. Digital signatures, scanned images of signatures, or signatures created using drawing tools are not accepted. Therefore, the document must be printed and signed by hand.

1. Mobility Agreement for Staff Training

This is your grant application. It outlines your planned activities at Örebro University and must be signed by you, a representative at the School of Medical Sciences, and a responsible person at your home institution (for example, your supervisor).

Please complete all sections and fields highlighted in yellow. Note that the dates you include in the document should reflect the days you have scheduled activities at Örebro University, not your travel dates.

Once completed, please send your Mobility Agreement to exchange@oru.se

2. Grant Agreement

This is your grant contract and must be signed by both you and the International Office at ORU before your mobility starts.

To ensure that the agreement is prepared correctly, additional information is required. Please complete the necessary details using the following form as soon as the exact dates of your planned activities at ORU are confirmed:

Once the form has been submitted, the Grant Agreement will be prepared and sent to you for signature.
