Housing for Exchange Students
As an exchange student, you are guaranteed housing at Campus Örebro on the condition that your housing application is submitted correctly and received on time. Before arrival you must also make a payment for rent in advance. The Housing Office at Örebro University provides all housing services for exchange students.
Housing Information for Exchange Students
When you submit the form “Application for Exchange Students” and tick the box to apply for housing, we make a preliminary housing reservation for you.
By the end of May/November, you will receive an email with information about your accommodation.
Shortly after that, the invoice for your rent will be sent to your email by our Finance Office.
Payment and Housing Reservation
Please note that your housing reservation is not final until we have received your payment.
You do not need to contact us to confirm that the payment has been made.
Once your payment is registered, your Rental Agreement will be sent to you for electronic signature.
Please note! Students with special housing requirements due to disabilities must provide a certificate both from a medical doctor and the home university. This must be done together with the online application!
