How to apply

Make sure that all results and final grades are registered.  If anything is missing or incorrect, contact the school responsible for the course. 

Applications for degrees at the first-cycle, second-cycle and third-cycle levels are submitted digitally via Studenttjänster. Log in to Studenttjänster using your ORU account and select Ladok Student.

How can I apply for a degree if I can no longer log in using my old ORU account?
If you have previously studied at Örebro University and can no longer log in to Ladok for student, you can instead log in to Ladok for Alumni. There, you can verify your identity using BankID or Freja eID+.

In Ladok for Alumni, you can obtain transcripts of records, apply for a degree, share your degree certificate, and update your contact information.

If your student account is no longer active you can apply by using these application forms.

Our goal is to issue the degree within two months, providing that the application is complete when it reaches us. Usually it takes shorter time than two months but at the end of a semester and during holidays, longer time may be required.
