For students taking on-campus written exams

We are going back to assigning time slots for entry to the exam halls for written examinations.

In line with a new vice-chancellor’s decision, the new procedures will be in place during the period 2022‑01-01–2022-03-28.

Exam hall information is provided in your course schedule.

Exam halls Spader and Ruter

If you are taking your exam in any of these halls, you will receive information via email on when you will be admitted to the hall. It is important that you keep to that time slot.

You may have to wait outdoors in order to avoid crowding.

Sign-up checks and proof of identity checks will be done outside the exam hall.

Just like before, you need to have signed up for the examination to be allowed to take it. You must also bring a valid form of ID. Please have your ID ready for inspection on entering the exam hall.  

Exam hall L001

If you are taking your exam in L001, you will receive information via email on when you will be admitted to the hall. It is important that you keep to that time slot.

Sign-up checks and proof of identity checks will be done outside the exam hall.

Just like before, you need to have signed up for the examination to be allowed to take it. You must also bring a valid form of ID. Please have your ID ready for inspection on entering the exam hall.

If you are taking your exam in L001 you must bring your own padlock for the lockers.

Exam hall L003

If you are taking your exam in L003, you will receive information via email on when you will be admitted to the hall. It is important that you keep to that time slot

There are two entrances to the exam hall, you will receive directions as to which door to use.

Just like before, you need to have signed up for the examination to be allowed to take it. You must also bring a valid form of ID. Please have your ID ready for inspection on entering the exam hall.
