FAQ - Frequently asked questions about browsing for scanned written exams

Here you will find more information about browsing for official documents, namely old answers to examinations that other students have written.

Type of examination

The only type of examination that you are able to browse for are from examinations in halls.

If you are looking for a take-home examination or a digital examination in hall (written on a computer) you will need to request it from Student services centre.

Course code and examination code

The course code always consists of 6 characters, e.g. KR700G, and refers to a particular course. You can find the course code in the syllabus. Search for syllabuses here (the page is in swedish. Contact Student Services Centre if you need assistance). The course code might change if the course changes.

The examination code always consists of 4 characters, e.g. 0100, and refers to a particular examination method in a particular course. It is therefore important to include both course code and examination code. You can find the examination code in the syllabus. Search for syllabuses here (the page is in swedish. Contact Student Services Centre if you need assistance).

Grade

The most common type of grade is U (Fail), G (Pass), VG (Pass with Distinction). There can also be other types of grades, such as B, Ba, Ab, or U, 3, 4, 5.

You can find which type of grade is used in the course syllabus. If you are uncertain, this box can also be left empty.

Examination date

If you want to browse for specific examination dates you need to specify which date you are looking for. If this field is left empty all possible dates will be presented in the search results.

Scanned examinations are kept in this archive for two years. Scanned examinations that are older than two years are deleted automatically.
