Exercise with The student health centre

Do you feel like you need to get some motivation to move your body more? Join The student health centre as we together go out for a walk/jog/run.

This is an opportunity for you to get out more in the nature. Take a break from your studies and get your mind on other things. Get a work out before or in between lectures.

Research is said that exerciseing results in a more positive mindset and is good for both mental and physical health. That is why Student health centre is providing you with this activity where you will be able to choose to either run or take a walk in the, so called Markaspåret. Which is located about 10-15min walk from the university.

Good to know:

  • It is free of cost.
  • No sign up is required
  • Student health centre is offering fruits as long as supplies lasts
  • Wear a training outfit and running shoes.
  • Bring a filled water bottle.
