If you have a recommendation for extended time on take-home exams, you need to sign up in the form below.

We need your application for adapted examination at least 7 days before the exam start date (not including the actual day of the exam).

When you have signed up, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. Make sure to save this email as proof of sign-up. No later than two days before the exam, you will receive an email from your study administrator with information on whether you have granted extended time, and what your new deadline is.

If you have not received an email two days before exam, please contact your study administrator.
