All exchange students are guaranteed housing on condition that the application for exchange students is filled in online and sent to the International Office on time. Before arrival you will also have to make a payment for rent in advance.
If you have sent in the form "Application for exchange students" and ticked in the box to apply for housing, we have made a preliminary reservation for you. After you have received your Letter of Acceptance you must pay the rent in advance. We will not make a definite reservation of housing until we have received notice of your payment. Consequently we cannot provide you with the address until you have arrived. Under "Allocation of housing" you can see what is considered when we place you in different housing.
Please note! Students with special housing requirements due to disabilities must provide a certificate both from a medical doctor and the home university. This must be done together with the online application!
