Monthly rental 
The rental period is at least 1 month and a maximum of one year, starting either on the 1st or the 16th of a month. Move-in earliest at 3:00 PM.
The rental period ends either on the last day or the 15th of a month. Move-out no later than 12:00 PM.
The term of notice is one month. 

Rent includes heating, water, elektricity, Wi-fi and laundry room access. Duvets and pillows are provided.
It is  possible to purchase a set of bed linen, along with two towels and a roll of toilet paper and final cleaning. 

Weekly rental
Forskaren has three flats accommodating one person, available as a weekly rental (7 days). These have one bed with clean sheets, towels, and toilet paper.The price includes the final cleaning.

Payment of rent
Rent is to be payed monthly by the end of the month. An invoice will be sent to your email from our financial department.  
There is a possibility to pay the invoice by card.

  • Keys are to be returned at Housing Office or dropped in the key deposit box on the right side of the entrance of Entréhuset no later than 12:00
    Remember, you are responsible for the keys until the Housing Office has received them.
  • If you arrive during the weekend or on a public holiday you cannot move in until on the next working day.
  • For any other information, please see your rental agreement.
  • No deposit is required. However, when the tenant has moved out an inspection is made. If the space has been left uncleaned or any replacement furniture or equipment is required due to damage a separate invoice will be sent.  

When leaving the appartamente it should be cleaned so that the next guest can move in right away. 

Kitchen
Countertops Sink and drain (poor big pot of boiling water and use a plunger) Cabinets Fridge and freezer - defrost and clean shelves, drawers, walls and sealing strip. While defrosting make sure to keep the floor dry. Kitchen fan + fan filters (soak in hot water with detergent, rinse, dry)
Radiator
Clean floors and skirting boards Lightning Walls and tiles
Empty recycling and clean bins
Dishwasher - clean, also bottom valve
Chair, table
Stove - Clean with a scraper and means adapted for the hob. Do not use svinto or anything else that scratches the hob.
Clean the stove knobs. Dont forget to pull out the stove and clean around. Oven - remember to clean the plates and grating
Cabinet doors, drawer fronts - especially top edge of doors and cabinet
