About Martina Vikander
Martina Vikander has a bachelor's and a master's degree in social work. She has previously worked in social services as a social worker for children placed in foster care. In 2020, she was employed as a doctoral student at Örebro University.
Research
Martina Vikander is involved in the research project RISKSAM, where she studies domestic violence with a focus on risk management, protection and support to exposed women and children.
Teaching
Martina Vikander teaches in the international course "Social Work, Child-Parent Relationships in Societies and Families." The course introduces theories and recent research on child-parent relationships in various societal and familial contexts. She also supervises undergraduate thesis.
