The study explores the commercial opportunities available to entrepreneurs who invest in their own knowledge-building on consumer-thinking with regard to produce and restaurant experiences of a regional as well as a national origin. The study also reviews the way in which politicians in this day and age take an interest in meal culture as a tool to develop regions affected by economic recession.
