This project explores the dynamics of women’s political careers through a biographical study of one of the first female Cabinet Ministers in Sweden, Ulla Lindström, from the Social Democratic Party. She was Minister of Family- Consumption - Aid and Immigration from 1954-1966. She was also the first woman in Sweden to be acting Prime Minister (1958).
