DiVA for affiliated researchers
Affiliated researchers have to register their publications in Örebro University's database DiVA .
The following publication types should be registered in DiVA
- Article in a scientific journal
- Book, book chapter
- Conference paper, peer reviewed paper
- Doctoral dissertation
- Licentiate thesis
- Report
- Patent
The library regularly imports records from Web of Science and PubMed (usually once a week). Because of these imports, you often do not need to do anything yourself for your publication to be registered in DiVA. In order for us to import a publication, it must meet two requirements:
- Örebro University should be stated as one of the authors’ organisational affiliation addresses.
- The person who indicated Örebro University as an affiliation address should also have an ORU account, i.e. a confirmed organisational affiliation to the university.
Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that your publications are registered in DiVA. Search in DiVA by your name and sort by Newest a few times per year to make sure that all your publications are included.
