Eduroam for Mac

Here’s how to connect your Mac to the wireless network (Wi-Fi).

Connect to ORU-public or share your mobile internet connection. (mobile hotspot)

Use Safari and go to wifi.oru.se
Choose Sign in.

Use your ORU account to sign in:

- employee: firstname.lastname@oru.se

- student:  username@edunet.oru.se

Enter your ORU account password.

Select Join Eduroam and then Accept (Tillåt)

Select OK

Go to System preferences and choose Profil hämtad/Profile downloaded.

If it's not visible search for Profile and select as shown below.

Double click on eduroam.

Select Installera (Install) twice.

Enter your Mac password.

 

Connect to eduroam.

If you've been connected to ORU-public, you should choose to forget it to avoid connecting to it again.
Go to Wi-Fi Preferences.
Select the dots next to ORU-public and select Forget this network.
