Meet winter
Our workshop "Meet winter" is a get-together for exchange students and international master's students to discuss and reflect on the upcoming semester and to mentally prepare for the darker Swedish environment.

This occasion is the perfect moment to get informed on how the Swedish winter season and the darkness that follows could affect you and how you should think and act when it comes. During this time sunlight is not always granted and this could take a toll on you. The Student Health Centre will therefore, together with the International Office, arrange a workshop for all international students - where you will have the opportunity to mingle and have discussions with each other.
