Supported employment - Sustainable work

During 2007–2010, a research project, Supported Employment, Sustainable Work, was carried out at Örebro University in cooperation with three SE-organizations. The overall aim of the project was to identify key factors for finding, obtaining, and maintaining employment for people with disabilities. Data was collected through registry studies and semi-structured interviews with employees and their employers.
