Knowledge through experience: everyone is entitled to their own taste
About this project
Good eating habits are a prerequisite for good health. From a health perspective it is therefore important to lay the foundations for healthy eating habits. Initiatives are needed at different levels in society where we work together towards a common goal and a better public health for all target groups. Fetching inspiration from among other things the SAPERE method?s original material and from our own and others? experiences from working with sensory experiences linked in with produce and meals (e.g. det medvetna köket[conscious cooking]), training material will be put together and tested on the public meals served at pre-schools and sheltered accommodation in the welfare services.
