Collaboration also includes a shared focus to reach a certain aim, applicable when developing a destination.  It is a word frequently used in policy documents and in a plethora of studies.

The aim with this project is to locate and define concrete activities, drivers and interaction between actors to better enhance collaboration and governance.  How to develop destinations in terms of efficiency, allocation and innovation.
