Preconditions for communication about healthy and sustainable food with youths

Project information

In order to be able to design good information campaigns and educational efforts around food, health, and sustainability, a first step is to identify factors that explain food choices that people make. In this project a questionnaire study is performed with late adolescents in order to explore preconditions for communication around food, health, and sustainability with this group.

The project is a part of Örebro University’s focus area Food and Health.
