The project is a collaborative initiative led by Örebro University in partnership with the National University Odesa Law Academy, the National School of Judges of Ukraine, the Notary Chamber of Ukraine, the Prosecutor's Training Center of Ukraine, and the Ukrainian Bar Association. This partnership brings together key stakeholders across Ukraine’s legal professions to address a core challenge: The need for foundational training in EU law and the case law of the CJEU among legal professionals, in preparation for Ukraine’s EU accession. By aligning the project’s content with the real functions of these institutions, and by leveraging their networks, the project enables sustainable dissemination of EU law knowledge through a train-the-trainer model. It builds long-term legal capacity and readiness for Ukraine’s legal approximation with the EU.
