Starter: Tuna crudo, tuna tartare with salsa verde, avocado & citrus vinaigrette.

Main: Grilled lamb fillet served with a potato roll flavored with truffle & spinach, marsala sauce, chevre & pine nut cream and parma chips.


 

Menu 2

Starter: Bruschetta with whipped chevre cream, beetroot marmalade, rosemary honey, fried sweet potatoes, walnuts.

Main: Asparagus risotto served with burrata, roasted hazelnuts, parmesan & asparagus crudité.


 

Dessert for everyone is Italian meringue, blueberry compote, lemon curd and vanilla ice cream.
